Sales Tax: 8.25% - Sales tax applied to Hammer Price, along with any other applicable tax. 8.25% - Sales tax will be applied to invoice total (unless proof of tax exemption and signed tax exemption form is sent to: masco@mascoequipment.com including your buyers number, prior to auction date), including Internet Premium.
Payment Options: Wire Transfer + Wire Transfer Fee, Cash, Check with bank letter verifying funds if over $2,000.00. Credit Card + 3.5% Card Convenience Fee.

Shipping Instructions: MasCo Equipment does not ship or arrange shipping for Buyers. Buyers are responsible for their items.
Removal of Items: REMOVE ALL ITEMS WITHIN ONE WEEK OF AUCTION. ANYTHING LEFT AFTER DECEMBER 21, 2024 IS SUBJECT TO REMOVAL OR DISPOSAL. When sending your staff or trucking company SEND the PAID INVOICE we send to you which lists your name and each item - Otherwise, your items will not be released. Loader will only be onsite for a few days. Please note we DO have a loading dock. All pickups are done in order of arrival. Load Out on day of sale starts at 10:00 am. We will resume Load Out Monday through Friday the following week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

BIDDER AGREEMENT Bidder agrees that if Bidder is the highest bidder on an item and Bidder's bid is accepted by the Auctioneer, Bidder will pay for the item prior to leaving the site of the auction or the following Monday after the auction. THE BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE TO AN ITEM FROM AND AFTER THE AUCTIONEER ACCEPTS THE BID OF THE BUYER AS THE HIGHEST BID. NEITHER AUCTIONEER NOR SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY AFTER THE HIGH BID IS ACCEPTED.
